i just got 2 bamboo shark and they seem like they don't want to eat ?
i try feeding them shrimp and scallops . the guy i got it from was feeding it rosy reds . i heard this was bad for them . also tried silver sides . any advice ? also i have another one that seems to like shrimp and scallops . i have them in 210gal water is rate 10 ph 8.2 nite 0 ammo 0 temp 77f

housed with them snowflake eel, 2 lions fish , lunar wrasse , squirrel fish 3 big damsels gsp puffer and mono

this is fish only tank .

You can try some squid and/or soaking some food in garlic. If all else fails maybe some ghost shrimp but I think I read that they can cause complications for young catsharks.

i had one awhile back that was 5inchs and grew 3feet, what u do is chop pieces of squids bitesizes and target feed them till their smell sense gets stronger when they get big man they eat like crazy

awesome thanks . going to try that . i just checked on the two new ones. One ate some shrimp , that i cut up real small. The other one i'm lil worried about but i'll head to seafood market when they open up and get some squid,
my other shark eats like crazy .
i try to feed them shrimp cause i have crap load of it from when i go fishing i get alot of live shrimp for fishing .
my eel and my other shark love to rip apart live shrimp. They tag team on the live shrimp. anything left over my other fish eat it . It's pretty fun to watch.

heres my old bamboo shark had it when it was a little baby and grew a little over 3feet
