I found a baby cardinal in my sump today hiding in my recently for sale urchin. I'm excited to finally have babies of some kind. Hope my gobies are next!!

Cool. How did he get in the sump? Are the parents in there or did he get sucked in the overflow?

Wow, that is AWESOME! I think my early-released babies just rot in the overflow box. What kind of gobies do you have? I have a pair of Tiger Wardi that are probably spawning in their cave. Is it possible to raise gobies?

I bought a pair of neon blue gobies and ya its possibly. I've heard they need more live food than clowns though

I'm not sure how to go about doing it. They live in a cave with sand on the bottom and rock above them. The female has all the rocks forming the opening "arch" all nice and arranged just the way she likes it lol. When they moved burrows she brought her favorite "keystone" arch-piece of shell and put it in the same spot on the new burrow opening at the other end of the tank.

I'll look on the marine breeder database and see if anyone has experience with the species.
