Curious what magazines people get/read associated with the hobby? Which ones are best?

I really love Coral magazine. I think it's published originally as "Koralle" in Germany then translated into English. The reason I like this particular magzine is that it has in-depth articles - it's 132 pages long. Downside is that it costs 40$ for a 6-issue year subscription.

ReefHobbyist Magazine is hit or miss. Its articles are much shorter but sometimes they are very good. This magazine is free.

I'll agree with Coral - best mag out there. I also get Tropical Fish Hobbyist. It's typically geared towards less "hard-core" enthusiasts but it provides a decent read since I like both the salty and fresh side of the hobby.

Yup! I happened to just buy a set of 8 or 9 back issues on eBay. They're great.
