If i already have a pair of black and whites in a 46 gallon and i added a pair of naked clowns whats the chances they will be compatible in my tank as far as aggression is concerned.

Not very well, they are both technically ocellaris species, so most likely will fight a lot unless they could claim a territory for themselves.
I had a pair of black in whites in a 150 (6ft long) with regular occelaris, and even though they hosted on complete ends of the tank they would meet in the middle to fight. It got bad enought I had to remove a pair.
