You might try some live brine, they eat pods so chances are hes not starving, but will need to eat eventually. They are really picky eaters with a not so good survival rate long term

Most of the time leopard wrasses will not eat prepared food. If you have a lot of pods and do not have another pod eater (mandarin, scooter, etc...) he should do ok not eating. My mandarin has not eaten anything I've fed in over 2 years and she is healthy as can be. Very similar diet between the fish.

I got lucky with my leopard being from another members tank and a pig from day one. They are really finicky as a rule though so keep trying an assortment of food to find out what it likes best. Also don't ever bug them if they stay bedded down in the sand and/or are hiding in general. That will freak them even more. Did a group Live Aquaria order with some guys and they ended up with 4 different leopard wrasses in several different tanks (including two black). None of them made it more than a week so you are already ahead of the curve with it. Awesome fish, just sensitive.
