Black spots on Naso Tang (1 Viewer)

Can anyone help identify the black dots right under the mouth on the face of the naso tang? I looked up black ich but it doesn't seem to look like it. Just noticed it on my fish today, he didn't have it yesterday. Doesn't seem stressed and eating very well still. Not trying to scratch or anything. Any helpful info is appreciated.

Anyone? Was just looking online, think it might be a sting from the anemone. Anyone ever have that happen to their fish?

It look like pigment when they chance color. My Blonde Naso in a tank full of anemone haven't seen it happen to him. It could be stress too!
