Blue spotted jawfish (1 Viewer)

Well I lost my jawfish....apparently the tang did irreparable damage and although I was treating him, he died last night...


But I have a question.....I treated him in my nano with medicine that I assume had copper in it. Do I need to throw that sand out or can I just dump it in my refugium? Just want to make sure...

I would not put that sand in anything attached to your tank. If you think it had copper in it then throw the sand out.
