Ive done ReefCleaners, LA & ebay... all about the same to me but IRC reefcleaners was most items per $. Some do reefs2go (I think they are ok for CUC but would stay away from fish as I have read some not so good reviews), you might want to check out : : : : Indo-Pacific Sea Farms : : : : they have CUC as well.

I don't know anybody who is as cheap as reefcleaners, John always sends extras, and his customer service is awesome.

John at reef cleaners, did a GB not that long ago and had some members that had some inverts not making it and he refunded the money.

I wish, I've placed 3 orders with him so far, every single time they've come missing parts of the order, zero extra.

Wow, really?! That's the first time i've ever heard anything bad.
Was this part of a group buy or a personal order? Did you contact him about it?
Everyone else I know that had DOA's got replacement livestock or credit to their account.

Yeah, all the people who say he sends extra...three times in a row now I've either had completely missing items he forgot to put in, or missing snails/chitons, less then the amount I ordered. All personal orders, no group buy. He's refunded the missing items when I contacted him, but I'd rather have got my full order!

John has been great with me -last order he gave me and Maconbits a lot of extra snails.

I have ordered several times with no issues as well- they would be my first online recommendation. Our local stores also have some stock.

I just ordered from them this week. My order arrived yesterday. I accumulated the snails as they recommend. I'm a little ocd and lined up all of the snails on the sand bed.

All of them were alive except the fl. certis. Out of 22 shipped, 16 still hasn't moved and most of them look like there's nothing in them after 24 hrs.

I will contact john and see what we can do. Will keep yall posted. The other three orders were flawless from him.
