I am at the aquarium eating in town for a few hours (I live 100 miles away) where and what are some sponsor/place around me I can go to get stuff?

3CC, Fish Gallery and FJW are your best bets. Fish Gallery is great for seeing nice display tanks and has an incredible freshwater display to sit in front of for a few. Then you can head down 290 and stop at FJW with an awesome selection of corals, 3CC is just a little further down 290 and also has a great selection.
Fish Gallery is closest to you and great eye candy.

FJW (Fish Just Wonderful) is less than 10 minutes away from 3CC. I was at both stores yesterday.
FJW had a wide selection of chalices and LPS corals that I like. I would recommend stopping by there too.
