Does anyone here have this book that I could take a look at it to see why the heck for a new copy on Amazon it cost $450... and a used copy goes for $50?????
And it is paperback at that....

What is so special about this paperback book to cost so much? Am I missing something?

It has a lot of really great information, tables and diagrams and I believe the main reason it cost so much is that Joyce Wilkerson died in 2007 and it is no longer in print. The copies floating around are all that is left. I found mine for 30$ at a LFS in Austin. Id call around to some older stores and see if anyone has it sitting around. Frank Hoff and Matthew Wittenrich have both written books with similar content that are also worth reading. They are both more affordable too.

I have two copies. One used and the other in new condition. I didn't realize they are going for so much now.

Yep if they say New but the used ones are a still bit pricey.
