Anyone know where I can get some information on the best PAR rating for certain types of corals? I kind of want some anemones in my tank but I want to know what PAR they require first to make sure lighting is adequate enough.

you should be fine anywhere from 100 PPFD to 400 PPFD, which is what you'll typically find at various depths under T5HO, LED, and metal halides.

It would probably be easier to tell us what kind of nems you want and what lighting you're running.

At the moment RBTA or Rose. I am running 2 T12s. However, that may change or there may be other types of corals.

i dont think they would do good under those lights as I believe a T12 is a garage/shop or office type bulb. either way, 2 wouldnt be enough.

Only nem I'd be comfortable with under that lighting would be Aptasia.
