A homewreacker that big enough to use a ban saw on? I'd like to see that, also would like a chunk of it! Finger nail clippers is more like the tool I would need for mine since it's so small.

Anytime I need a saw I ask Cody. He drives it all the way from the woodlands for me to use. He might say he does not have one and he does not deliver, but it's usually because he thinks you are a guest. Just keep asking and let him know you are a member, then you are good.

Just ask Tinman.

Gregg I am wanting to use a band saw since I can get a cleaner cut then bone snippers. Any other coral I would just cut it normally plus these branches are getting tight. Mine is only like 2x2.5. Most of that growth is in 2 months. Got the piece back in December

Colony looks great! Not sure if you have used a band saw but it'll take a good amount of cut with it. Unless I'm fragging up a large colony, I almost always use clippers on acros.

When the blade takes 1-2mm from a 3/4" frag, it's noticeable.

Let it grow, if most of your growth is in the last 2 months don't start cutting on it now, just let it grow. Pulling it out of the water and sawing on it is just gonna slow down the rapid growth you have going right now.... just sayin
