What time do those who sign up for event setup need to be there?

I think it depend on what job you sign up for...check it out on the event link..Its pretty easy to use.

It just says to be there for setting up tables; doesn't give a time.

I'll just help with whatever needs helping.

We are going up there early so my kids can play on the beach for a while beforehand, but I plan to arrive at Steve's between 2 and 2:30 to help with the setup.

Everyone's help and any help is defiantly appreciated when it comes to these events! The Volunteer Program is setup so that your valuable time at these events, such as Event Setup and Event Take Down, is recognized.

Some of these item I can bring, but it says they have to be there at 8:00 am?

because it's a scheduling and time tracker type system I placed the items way earlier than the actual event so as to ensure that all items are accounted for prior to the event and track who is responsible for bringing what item. Secondly the software will not let you double book yourself at an event (schedule conflict). Basically ignore the time posted where you are signing in to bring an item (will figure a different way to display this later). The time portion will apply when you are attending the event for things such as setup, etc.

Hey I have talked to many members and asked if they were going to attend craw fish boil and the reply I'm getting is, I don't eat craw fish... Think we need to change title to BBQ and Craw Fish Collection trip to let others know that's not the only thing we are cooking.....

2nd I have had members offer up equipment to cook craw fish ....am I to assume based on volunteer program that everything is taken care of.... Or do we need more equipment ? If so I can get more stuff like pots burners ect....
