My yellow pagoda cup has developed some brown spots. It was fairly high in the tank below a 175 MH.

Anyone know if this is too much or too little light? All the water parameters are good.

Could it possibly be a dyed coral? I know on some of those really bright yellow corals they dye them before they are sent out. If it was dyed it could just be losing the color and becoming natural again. Also being pretty high up under metal halide could be burning the coral if it wasn't slowly acclimated to that position in the tank. How long has it been in this tank?

Just my 2 pieces of copper.
