Hello, dear reefers,Not sure where to ask this question so i post this under this forum. Just want to see if anyone got recommendation for saltwater store in Dallas. I will be heading up there to visit a friend and want to go around and look at the fish stores in Dallas. Did a little research and see Apex aquarium and Elos aquastudios. Let me know if any of you got any store that i should visit.

I liked Frank's Tanks while up in Dallas last. You should hit up the DFWMAS and ask for recommendations. I only had time for one store so I went there because it was closest.

I heard about it too, but I am going to be in north part of Dallas, so it will be a really far drive for me to go visit there.

Neptunes has shut down, Apex is closing as well, DNA is still open, theres one off custard/parker rd. in Plano, tx caleld exotic aquatics... there is another one off 75 between parker and park Rd. you'll see a large sign that says "fishtank.net" with a clownfish logo but on google maps its called aquatic design ... DNA has revamped their store and are focusing more on corals then fish but still has a handful of selections.
aquarium boutique is really cool but that is near central dallas
there is a new store called "the reef outlet" in lewisville that recently open but you need to call to make an appointment.

Elos doesn't have too much of a selection, when they were in Southlake, tx it was really nice and a variety of frags and equipment, now they have downsized to frisco, tx with limited selections

Thanks for all the ideas guys. I will try to visit as many as I can while I am over there. Maybe bring some corals back as well.

Just visited fish gallery and apex. Their coral selection is pretty limited. Let me see how many I can go tomorrow morning. Anyone been to north Texas coral? Are they a wholeseller? Or open to general public for walk in?

Went to the rest of the aquarium places. Coral selection are limited here. Bought this red mushroom from Dallas North Aquarium and this container from Elos. Anyone know what kind of mushroom is this?
