My little colt coral frag that I scored at the last meeting has been doing really well, but due to moving it to a different spot a couple weeks ago, it has not attached to its rock yet. Anyway, when I got home today I noticed it was missing, just the thread and rubber bands remaining. I did notice a healthy snail dropping on the rock, so I'm assuming while on their nightly rounds one of the turbo snails knocked the colt off the rock. Now I can't find where it went! I tried moving a couple rocks around in the area where it should have fallen to see if I could find it, but so far no luck. Hopefully it'll get moved to a spot where I can see it so I can remount it on a rock up in the light. I'm worried that it's laying in a dark area under a rock somewhere where it won't make it. Damn snails... :-x

You know, this happens to all of us and it's really frustrating.

I bought some thick super glue from Keith at Aquatic Designs a long time ago and I super glue frags to a rock nice and high up in my tank the day I bring them home.

The snails can graze around it all they like and it will NOT fall into your LR and cause a partial tear down to find it again, and again, and again.

Well, I found the colt frag today and reattched him to the rock. He doesn't look real good this evening, but hopefully he'll bounce back in the coming days.
