I just purchased 2 bottles a few weeks ago from Amazon. I also use Seachem Reef Dip.
Can you send the link? Everything I find is the new formula. Bottles look almost the same but the formula is different.

You have to be careful with the new bayer. I dipped some corals after returning them to the tank lost a lot of fish. dead within 30 minutes.
I never had to rinse with the old bayer don't know if that would help with the new. haven't tried it if someone has please let me know.

I use Bayer and Revive. I’ve seen the good Bayer at Lowe’s recently. I also never put any dead tissue or frag plugs in the reef. Unless they are encrusting corals. I make sure to dip them well and inspect them extra close before they go in.
