My rose anemones do that all the time. Sometimes they shrivel up so much you can barely tell what it is. They come back out. Give it a day and see what happens.

I freaked out this morning when I came out and my RBTA had tentacles about the size of angel hair pasta. When the lights came on at 11 he started growing back to his normal self. I had fed him the night before so I'm thinking maybe he was digesting the food or something. If he does it again I'm gonna try and get a picture of it.

From what I have seen, they do that all the time. there kinda like ballons and have to let the air out and get new air but in there case water.

if you think it ate something yesterday, i wouldn't worry about it. and like other people said, they do that every now and then. my green tipped BTA is no exception.

Yeah, they will shrival up when they are expelling their waste. You should only be worried if it lasts several days. If your water parameters are good and this happened suddenly, I wouldn't worry about it. Just keep an eye on it.
