Has anybody here ever had one? If so what did you feed him? I am feeding mine Tetra Colour along with cut up sea weed from the grocery store. I have had this juvenile for 14 months now and has doubled in size as a guess. But I am starting to think that this might not be enough nutrition. He swims to the front glass and looks for me when he gets hungry..... like first thing in the morning ya

Thanks for the info and will look for this next time I am at a coral reef specialty store. I was trying to feed him seafood medley which is a mix of everything.... but it just sinks to the bottom and rots.... probably why my bristle worms are so big. He sure loves seaweed but not nutritious enough.

Taking a closer look this morning he is not even eating the Tetra Colour. They are small pellets that sink... I need nutritious food that will float with the sea weed that he loves to eat. hmmmm

Are you mixing it with garlic? If he's not eating I would rush to get some garlic and mysis. Even some Selcon Booster would be great.
I have never been a fan of the pellets. None of my angels really ate them. Only the Tangs did.

While you get those, just put Nori in there. Better have something he eats than nothing at all.

No emergency here he is eating sea weed for sure.... just he is not getting enough nutrition from it. Today I cut back a bit on the sea weed I did see him go to the pellets of Tetra Colour on the bottom of the tank and take a few bites. I cut up some sea food medley but never saw him eat any of it. I will get some garlic and mix it with the sea weed. ya

Yes, cut down on Nori, and add Garlic to your regular food so he gets back on track eating that. You could also add some vitamins or VitaChem or Selcon

I always soak my frozen veggie brine shrimp and mysis with selcon and selco boost. I also use focus to bind it all.. goodness knows I have enough of it..

There are no big Coral Reef Stores in the small city of 70,000 that I live in. Once a month off season I like to go to Niagara Falls Ont. ... Nice hotels with casino vouchers at great off season prices.. lots to do and go through bigger Cities that have awesome coral reef stores along the non stop expressways to Niagara. Next time I go in December I will ask what they got like selcon. I like the adding vitamins to the sea weed idea. ... there is a bit of white on his face and as a juvenile from the research I have done there should be no white at all. ..or just order it online ya

Not Amazon.ca delivered here they want 50 canadian .. plus taxes and probably duty so lets say 60 ish can roughly 45? us for 1 small bottle... that is why he is one of the richest people on the planet ... If I was to buy it online I saw 12 us 29 us min free delivery but that is us delivery. I am around 4 miles from a us shipping depot in michigan they will want 5 can plus 8 can total for bridge still way ahead. Specialty items can be a bit pricier over here but that is ok. I only payed 80 including tax for Emperor Angel Junior which is roughly 58 us in Canada at a Store.
