Well my wife and I are putting our house up for sale within the week. Realtor thinks it will go fast (they always say that!). The exciting part is that we will be building a new house on some property out in New Ulm, TX... yes, FTE comes to mind but will just say it is out in the middle of nowhere which will be HEAVEN. We grew up near there so will be closer to our aging parents as well. Best part is that we have picked out a house plan so that we can have the sump in the garage and still have the tank in the house. Yeah I might put a fish room in the garage but time will tell. Not going to do an in-wall tank but just running the pipes through the wall. Yes, a bigger tank is definitely a possibility but want to get in the house before I get worked up about that.

Sad part is that we will be moving to a temporary house while we build and I think that all the moving will be too much stress on the tank inhabitants and me. Moving once sucks but twice?!? I am thinking the best thing I can do is to find new homes for my corals and fish and possibly sell the tank and sump. Thinking I will start once we have an offer....dont want to see anything go but just think it would be for the best.

Will post pictures once we are ready to start. Realtor thinks it will sell quick but you never know. I want to hang onto my pets as long as possible! Just wanted to give everyone a heads up...and just feeling bummed about losing them.

130 gal tall (48"x24"x26") with a Trigger Emerald 34" sump. The tank is an Oceanic with dual overflows I purchased around 15 years ago with very few scratches. I will get some current pictures. Everything I have is either close-ups or so old I hate to post.
