I'm getting to were I hate FEDEX. TWICE now I have had livestock packages shipped priority overnight by NOON. Then at noon they update to End Of Day.

Today I literally saw the FEDEX truck stop in front of my house for about 30 seconds then drive off. Then the delivery time was updated.

Customer service is worthless. POS company.
Sounds like they’re tricksey

I'm getting to were I hate FEDEX. TWICE now I have had livestock packages shipped priority overnight by NOON. Then at noon they update to End Of Day.

Customer service is worthless. POS company.
I just had this happen! Two days ago I was supposed to get a zoa shipment so I was glued to the FedEx tracking system and had text messages set up for every time anything with my package happened. I paid for 10 am and it didn’t come until 5:30 pm. I did call and get a partial refund for the delay though so that’s cool, and the zoas were beautifully packaged so they’re alright too

I’ve had shipments with corals in it arrive a day or two late, and of course they don’t cover the cost of the coral, but for them not to refund me part of the delivery is ridiculous. Regardless of what’s in the box, I purchased a 10am delivery and they were a day or two late. I did not receive what I purchased. They sell a two day delivery, which is much cheaper, so they should at least reduce to that price, but no!
