Ok well I have set up my roughly 40 cube tank with 10g sump. I have pair of snowflakes and a mandarin. I would like to add some color to my tank. I like the looks of flame angel but from the research that I have done they might not be reef safe. Just LMK looking for any and all suggestions

I personally love the Yellow Coris Wrasse. Beautiful fish and great streak of color

On Liveaquaria it says "With caution" for the Potter's Angelfish but man, it looks awesome

Well I'm learning that if you have an SPS tank you can get away, but if you have brains or other softies most angels/butterflies will munch.

Dang pretty much all LPS in my tank! I really like that fish :( wouldn't want him/her to get into my zoo garden that would be devastating

I love wrasses but also feel the royal gramma is underrated. Like the bright colors of the basslets but supposed to be mean little buggers.

a pair of flame dottybacks, more commonly reffered to as oblique basslets/flame basslet male and female respectively. they are brilliant fish! also a paired orange peel and lemon peel angels they are awesomely colored fish and are pretty much reef safe since they are angels very unlikely they will nip. or a labout wrasse. and you gotta have a chevron i love mine! or a few bangaii cardinals (tank raised, yes you should spend the money.)

Potter's angel is my "holy grail" of nano fish. Fairly hard to find and very hard to keep though. My experience with dwarf angels hasn't been all bad, but I'd definitely put them in the "with caution" category as they have to be watched and will go through phases of bad behavior.

Royal gramma is definitely a cool fish, but you won't see it much even in a semi-agressive tank IMO. Mine always hides in it's little nook and never comes out in the open.

That chalk bass does look neat, don't see them often!

To give you more ideas, here is what I have in my nano: 2 x SA fancy snows, coral beauty angel, ORA neon dottyback, flame hawk, ORA spotted mandarin, royal gramma. My goal was color assortment. The dottyback and hawk are both pretty aggressive, and the angel has it's moments.
