Does anyone know how much burrowing the SAND BURROWING BRITTLE STAR listed at florida pets actually does? When you first get started it is really hard to figure out who to listen to. Everyone here says brittles dont shift much but this add says "They will spend much of their time beneath the sand"

Man, that ATLANTIC SEA CUCUMBER is one ugly hombre.

Does anyone have any of the micro stars (listed on that same page) that they would be willing to sell at the Feb frag swap?

Those are mini brittle stars. I think you are confusing them with regular brittle stars.

The ones on the Site that you are looking at are the ones you want to sift your sand. They get no bigger than a dime and thier legs only get to about 6". I have not seen any of mine get that big when I had them.

The brittles we have all been refering to are the large ones. The get up to 2" inches across with legs as long as 12". These do not sift sand.

thank you :) so now I know what to order :) hopefully they will get a lot of things back in stock by early Feb, the storms down there seemed to have hit them pretty hard.
