:) My DIY project of the day, in between errands and telecommuting work...this time I added a few 3/4" holes for the frag plugs with square or bigger than 1/2" stems.

My AEFW system, to finally be populated with acros tomorrow!

What did you use to drill your holes? I'm fixing to modify my blue glow frag rack, specifically I'm going to enlarge every other hole and would prefer it that it looks nice.

My drill press with acrylic drill bits. Regular drill bits make such rough holes, acrylic bits are awesome :) I need to get a 5/8" one, something between my current 1/2" and 3/4" bits, the bigger bits are so pricey though. The 3/4" bit was $50 lol.

By chance will you be having one of those acrylic class/workshops again like you did a while back?

I would be interested in workshop! I know acrylic is easy to crack when drilling and cutting...

where did you buy your materials, awesome looking rack
It's kinda far for you (what isn't) but may be closer than where Cat goes…. Regal Plastics on Wirt, just north of I-10.
They have a nice scraps bin you can rifle through and pay by the lb. Or you can buy full sheets and have them cut down.

I actually do go to Regal Plastics for the scrap acrylic, easy enough to swing by there when I go to FJW. The acrylic rods I buy at USPlastics, much cheaper than sourcing them locally from acrylic shops in Houston.
