We went to East Beach in Galveston today and did some sargassum checking. The water is probably in the high 70's and there was some but not a lot of sargassum coming in. We found lots stuff in the sargassum - the best being a sargassum frogfish.

We didn't check the jetties or anything for Peps.

I've found some of those sargassum frogfish before, but thought they were a baby lionfish or something. lol
