How much do gem tangs go for here? You can round fly to Hong Kong for maybe $1500-1800. Might be a great excuse to go on vacation haha
Yeah, I saw that video. The fish shops in Hong Kong on Fish Street were insane. They bag all these fish..hang them on the wall daily, and re-bag every morning.

Can you legally bring a Gem tang back to the states if you actually buy one while on vacation in Hong Kong?

This is a question I was wondering. I know TSA will let you bring fish on a flight but I know some countries will not let you bring certain things through customs

There supposedly is a new source for them near japan I believe. A shop in NY was selling those particular gems for @ $7-800 not long ago.
