That's what I used as well and it worked great. pretty sure I had both GHA and Bryopsis. Mind you, I tore down everything 2 times, picked off all the longest strands and then cleaned the rocks with a toothbrush.
made a LFS trip today - decided to check out Infinity Fish for the first time. Nice place. No fluconazole, so I had to order some. However, I now have 2 nice wrasses in quarantine, confirmed my refractometer needs recalibrated, and restocked a few other items. Should have the fluco next week, long before the new fish get into the DT.
fluconazole is starting to work - bryopsis is shrinking. I did take my ATS off-line, and cleaned it off / sanitized it. I think I'll put it back on, but leave the lights off this week. it will be part of the treated loop.
It had been growing mostly GHA, but that last time - lots of stiff, ferny, bryopsis that was much harder to remove.
I dosed 13 tablets into a 110 with sump and refugium.
I don't see any bryopsis left. Actually, I see no green algae at all. I definitely need to remove some detritus this weekend - and I'll probably plug my ATS back in, but leave the skimmer in recirc a bit longer. I am not sure when I am "done" and should put the skimmer back to export or a water change -but my plan is to go about 1 week after the last visible sign - probably next weekend.
