I can't even imagine how you feel.
Never had the experience to a disaster like that magnitude to struck my systems in the past and I've been in this hobby for a long time.
All I can say you're not alone in this, many hobbyist across the city want to help ones you get stuff going again.

Btw, David with Urban Aquatics has experience how to handle this disaster with your insurance company.
As you know equipment on the systems are covered under your insurance but no livestock.
Give him a call in order to find out the next steps.

Don't give up TVU!!! You have support. If you need any help let me know. As far as your tanks, I can frag whatever I can. But you have a whole Marsh community putting things together to help those in your situation. As Diesel noted above, once your ready. I'm sorry for your losses, don't give up though you have support.

Oh my! Josh, hang in there! If I was in Houston, I'd help you clean those tanks out and get them cycling again!

Sorry for your losses sir! [emoji22]

So sad Josh! If I have any corals in my tank that you'd like (I doubt I do) you are welcome to them once you are ready to rebuild. I would be devastated!

Thanks everyone. Right now my priority is getting the stuff out so I can rip the Sheetrock, carpets and wood.

When I'm back I may be going down to 1 or just 2 tanks.

I got a garage with room, power, skimmers, & totes, I could at least cycle your rock for you so when your ready it's ready.

I’m back.....
Built a few things and made a few changes.

1) Changed damaged 32” MDF stand to wood 40” tall

2) Changed from standard durso to herbie (so much quieter with full siphon)

3) Built hanging shelf

4) New stand allows housing of ATO reservoir

5) Stand with doors on 3 sides

Not yet done but far enough along to start stocking
