Anyone thought about checking their fish foods for the same ingredients that all our pet food is being recalled for?

Guess what's in the flakes and crisps and tablets and bites, etc?

Wheat gluten, corn gluten meal...the same stuff that's in the other pet food, etc.

Why hasn't the fish food been recalled as well?

I went to the store to buy some more fish foods yesterday and every product I picked up had the same ingredients. I didn't know what to get, so I didn't get anything.

I checked to see if there are any fish food recalls, and I can't find any.

Obviously if dogs and cats are considered property to the government, and not even live animals worth protecting, then fish food is going to be even harder to regulate, I presume....However, it matters to me.

Anyone else concerned about this?

The other answer is to go organic and make your own.

Your herbivores can eat nori soaked in Selcon or other vita nutrient.

Your carnivores can eat home made fish mush.

And your omnivores can have both!
