I just came home tonight to see all of my fish now have ich and looks like their fins are getting destroyed. My neon pseudo is barely hanging on for dear life. I only have 4 fish currently and none are attacking each other. I recently added carbon to my sump and all of a sudden I have foam in my tank and my skimmer is filled with white foam. Please help I do not have a way of qt the tank my corals seem fine though.

Yep Severe ICK attack.
I would almost say that your livestock is doomed, sorry :rip:
If you had a QT and moved them they would die anyway from stress and treatment.
Sometimes it's a hard pill to swallow in this hobby.
What did you do different in the last 5 days?
Any new fish in your system?
WC, with water not on temps?
Good thing is your corals will be fine, that is if you not treat your DT.
If fish not make it keep tank fishless for at least 8 weeks, and know where you buy your fish from.

I did a water change tuesday let everything match. I dont think the salinity was the same though. I purchased from dennis because my water source wasnt making water for the both of us anymore. I also added carbon to the sump. Everything seemed fine up till tonight. my salinity yesterday was 1.026 and tonight 1.023. my top off was turned off too. This morning though everything was looking great and eating. Curious as to what caused the foam. I thought carbon was supposed to remove the contaminants that cause foam, but when I added carbon I had an outbreak.

now goby swimming upside down, my clown looks like it is shedding and angel's fins are disintegrating. What could have caused this? The corals all seem unaffected.

That actually sounds like brook or velvet, in your picture it looks like it might be a larger white spot, not ick which is like small grains of sand. Both those are really nasty and I lost a whole tank to it when first in the hobby. They spread fast. Go to petco and get a $1 per gallon 20g and a cheap hob and setup a hospital tank. You can then re-use that as a qt in the future.
Cupramine is your best bet and it can be removed with carbon after treatment. Good luck, that's really nasty and unfortunately this late in the process it is hard to treat. I would leave the tank fallow after and then QT everything beforehand, really only way to beat that stuff

Thank you. As of this morning tank was dead. Will be investing in a qt tank and my own rodi system to make sure everything matches everytime. Instead of getting from 2 different suppliers. Also may add a uv to the system as well.

Sorry for your losses. Sounds like you have a good plan. Leave the tank fallow and qt everything when you start over.

Thank you very unfortunate how quickly it happened and that my test kits showed no changes. Looks like I will be a coral farmer in the Comming months

Ya sorry to hear all this. Something went wrong somewhere. Have you added a new fish or coral recently? For you to have all that foam something must of died or something dead stirred up from somewhere. I only loose fish from old age (over 8 years old) these days. Jim

Only thing Ive added recently was carbon. Its very unfortunate. 8+ years thats a long lifespan.

Coming from planted tanks I like the aquascaping aspect of the hobby and so it may sound weird but this will give me a chance to focus more on corals without stressing out and livestock.
