I founded this species holding on to a turbo snail this morning. I was able to get a piece before it when back into the rock. It extended out about 4" long.

Polyclad flatworm. Bad news, its a carnivorous predator. Eats snails and clams.

Thx Cat that explained why the turbo snails dying around that rock. Should I acid wash the entire rock?

If you can get it out easy that'd be a good solution. They're out a lot more at night though, might want to inspect the tank then and see if you can remove it that way.

I took out the rock that was in. I'll keep an eye on it as it's in a bucket right now.
