So recently I have noticed this explosion of these little orange things that are on the glass as well on the rocks... They do not seem to bother the corals but slide like a slug. They do not seem to really do anything but wondering what they are and if they are good or bad. As you can see they are really small as well as they are some what translucent... Here is a pic I really hope someone can help me.

Hope the link works can no remember how to directly post on here...

have a HiFin red goby, 6 line, a Pygmy (Cherub) Angelfish, two clowns, and a lawnmower blenny. There is two cleaner shrimp and a pep. As far as corals I have rics, mushrooms, a rbta, two small toadstools, some zoas, frogspawn, and hammer head Checked water levels they are good do a 3 gallon water change once a week. So as far as all this go any ideas on how to get rid of them? Have looked for a few seconds and didnt find much other than velvet nudibranches... Marsh has helped so much thanks everyone.

flatworms

I had them bad in my seahorse tank. I went to Kevin's Albout fish and bought a Mandrine Goby and he ate all of them.

Would a mandrine do ok being that I do not have pods? It is a 14gal tank so its a lil harder to work with imo... Also can not really find any good info if the worms will "eat" or bother the corals...

Siphon them out thru a filter sock and have a maxijet 1200 or so pump the water back

worms

Flatworms may take over your tank if not careful. Mandrin goby worked for me and he is still eating pods I found that you can buy in a bottle.

It would probably be best if you stayed away from the mandarin. A wrasse would be a better choice. If the mandarin did take after your flatworms (which may not happen) a 14g tank isn't big enough to sustain him. You could supplement him by purchasing pods, but the cost and labor of doing that from now on would get old fast. A wrasse will take normal food after it finishes off your flatworms.

Physically removing every one you can will help out also.

Wiggy you said exactly what my concern was... Not being able to sustain him. What type of wrasse would eat them. I have not really noticed the six like doing a lot but have not really watched him.

Weeellll I did a water change as of last night and took a turkey baster (new) and was able to suck up a whole bunch of the flat worms... but then when I put the new water in it was marked wrong fresh (for a diffrent tank) and thought it was salt... sooo did this water change and with help noticed it was fresh... took the water out and put salt back in... needless to say the corals are out and inverts are fine... one fish concerns me but stupid mistakes learned but why on my birthday kind of thing... oh well to fellow people check the water it was prob one of the first times i didnt because i was trying to get it done with!
