as you can see the water from the DT is leaking back to the return chamber (built in refugium). should i just you epoxy putty to stop it? or seal it with silicon(howlong do i have to wait to add water back in if i use this?)

Talk to your builder? That tank is fairly recent so I'm sure they'll take care of you.

I used weld on #3 and 4 . How large is the gap. Best thing to do is tear it down and fix it. Silicone will not be a great fix for arcylic. If I would you I would clean it and clamp down the side and use weld on 3 or 4. We did that on FireEater calcium reactor. It cure in 24hr.

called BAA twice , and no1 picked up. and im tired of the leak lol, so i sealed it up with some aquarium silicon then put epoxy putty over that for now till.
my weldon to come in and seal some more....

You can always just clean the surface and use aquarium silicon on both side. You gotta lower your water level below it for atleast 24hours to let it cure.
