Didn't know where to put this.

So I'm sure people have done this and probably done it a lot better then this but I decided to just throw this together with some pvc elbows I had laying around for my blennies. They were always bouncing back and forth between barnacles so I figured let me add some more spots for them to hang out in. Though it's UGLY now, in time I hope it'll look better. Slapped some pvc elbows together and drilled holes all over so water can flow through it easily. Added some rubble around the entrances and some zoas on the outside (hopefully they'll grow all over it) then I glued it to my overflow and within minutes my fang blenny was checking it out. I know it looks super ugly just tgere on my overflow but it made me laugh and feels good at the same time that I could accommodate my fish. The simple things in life. Just thought I'd share hehe. 😄

I definitely would have gotten some other color but I figured I had it laying around and in time hopefully stuff will just grow over it hehe. Next tank I will work harder into making things look pretty or more natural. 🤗

Another option to make it look a bit more natural is to coat it with an epoxy. I use a product called Aqua Scape construction epoxy from D-D The Aquarium Solution which looks somewhat like coralline algae for mounting frags. Their website is www.theaquariumsolution.com. I don't know where to get it now - I got mine from Global Leader Aquatics which sadly no longer exists.

I'll have to look into that. Definitely didn't think about that. Thanks. 😃
