I have a hippo tang for 2+ years with no problems and the past 3 days she wedged herself in between some rocks and did not come out. Well, she move to another crevice for a day but went back to the 1st crevice. She moved her fins some but mostly just laid there.
I have no new inhabitants for a couple of months but I did lose a chromis and an anthias in the past month (they all have been in my tank for 2, 3 years)

Do you hear any clicking noises? Mantis? Eunicid worm?

I don't think so. The last thing I added was some 20-30 lbs of dry rock 1+ month ago ( and they were sitting dry in my garage for a year). I don't think I have any of those.

Update, the hippo moved yet to another crevice. He just sat there and he hasn't eaten anything the last 3 days.

She moved out to a corner of the tank and swam around a little right on top of the sand. She bumped into the glass a few times. I think she is blind. What do I do now?
