Hopping Conch (1 Viewer)

Anyone ever see their conch hope across the aquarium?

I was cleaning the glass of the aquarium and the conch just started to hope around. Mine leaped up to 3 inches. First time I seen that happen. Must be a defense system.

I've seen my conches hop, but it didnt jump that high.

I have seen them do something similar but not that high either.
You probably have a winner there.

I have 2 conchs and they hop like crazy! 3 inches is about right, but I've seen one jump onto one of my LRs. They usually freak out when my Nassairus' come up from the dead to feed on some food. When my daughter first saw them doing that she couldn't help but let out a little scream. LOL!

I thought it was pretty normal. I may need to get it on camera though.
