basically you just cut a branch/piece off the coral you want to frag and then attempt to get it to attach to a piece of live rock using fishing twine or thread to sew the coral to the rock or you can use a tub with rubble in the bottom and let the coral sit in the tub until it attaches itself (tub is in tank at bottom and snails and hermits and fish can distrub this process or use wedding veil material to hold the cut coral to the live rock by using rubberbands or superglue to hold the veil down. Some corals can be superglued directly to a rock but in your case the xenia can't and I have never tried to glue capnella/kenyan tree down.

Fragging frightens me. I might have to get someone to come over to show me how to frag my zoanthids.

for zoanthids just peel up part of the mat and tear it away from the rest and then super glue it down to a rock. If that scares you you can use a chisel and chip away some of the rock with the zoanthids and then glue that down to the rock.
