So yesterday I took out all my rock and scrubbed/cleaned the unsightly algae coating everything to give my CUC a fighting chance at maintaining it. In the process I went ahead and chiseled off a bunch of Hydroid colonies.
I don't really have anything in my tank that is bothered by Hydroids, I just find them rather unsightly.
Short of baking my rock in the sun (and continuing to chisel pieces off...) is there a way to get rid of them? Anything reef safe that eats Hydroids?
