I have’s posted in a long time! In 2020Hurricane Laura struck next door to me in Cameron La. I had evacuated to Dallas and by the time I returned everything was pretty much toast. I decided at nearly 70 and losing years of work and near 7500 dollars worth of livestock to call it quits. The school tank that I maintain on the other hand did well with its large auto controlled diesel gen sets. Which brings me to my visit today. I am in the process of building a new system for the school. The old 8 ft 300 rectangle is 12 going on 13 years old. The school wanted a new system. So I told them in the interest of my 70 year old knees and the continuity of their system that we needed to hire me a helper. We have acquired the services of Amber’s Aquatics out of Nederland Tx for maintenance and to help with design and acquisition. This will be an inwall using the concession area across from the existing tank. Looking at 800- 900 gallon with a greater width to increase depth of field. I look forward to sharing this build with my Houston reefing friends. I think it is going to be epic.

PS it is so much fun building a system when you aren’t spending your money. OK this is kind of tongue in cheek because I do pay school taxes but I am going to make sure they get their moneys worth.
