George, the Emperor Angel located in the Marshreef banner at the top of the page has passed away after 13 years. We had an episode last Sunday where a water pipe broke in the wall to the master bedroom, and after a series of unforseen calamities the system where he resides entered into a cascade that killed all the fish in the tank, including his life partner of more than 12 years (blue faced angel named Calypso). I type this with tears in my eyes. It's amazing how attached you become to these guys. I've walked around for the past week feeling like someone has cut off one of my arms. I miss them so much.

Thanx Felix. Very few are around anymore who remember my setup, and the building of the website. We used pix from our own tanks because that's pretty much all we had (that we couldn't get sued for). Anyway, this really sucks. I haven't felt like this in a long time.

Ya, if you have an ipad, phone or notebook you won't see it. I can see him at the top of the page as I'm typing this on my Mac. He's swimming into the H of the MARSH logo. Man, this sucks.
