Idk what this is but it has overwhelmed a couple of my frags. I’ve tried oxidizing the crap out of it but it just comes back every time. They’re like little polyps

I got mine from Chewy.com. It's very cheap and their shipping was quick. I actually dosed my main system to knock out some blue clove polyps three days ago. It's almost all gone now. I moved all my snails to my secondary system and nothing has been effected negatively. It's amazing how well this stuff works! I'm going to move the snails to my main system and re-house my leathers too, then treat my secondary system next. I saw BCP showing it's ugly head there the other day.

I just checked Chewy and it looks as if they've discontinued the stuff I bought. I wonder why.

Sounds like a pita. I’ll just toss the frag rack and keep treating the infected frags. I kill off about 60-70% with the peroxide. I have had a few frags completely clean from it.

As pretty as it looks when you learn the way it propagates makes it one of the hardest pest to remove as they will overtake and over shadow almost all corals.

I have a dumb question, if the frag rack can be removed from your tank, why not soak it in a 10% bleach solution or even leave it out in the sun for a few days instead of tossing it?

We can’t be talking about the same thing… this stuff is short and tiny. I had to use a magnifying glass to photograph it.

I could bleach it. I was trying to save the few polyps that grew on the rack. I’m gonna peroxide wash it again see if I can save them
