I have a Kessil H380 grow light that I personally think is BADA$$. Grows chaeto crazy fast. Well it has been in storage for almost 2 years and opened up the box and found rust all over the top post and ring. Apparently I didn't wipe them down good enough when I packed them away. I sent Kessil an email to ask if these parts separately and they responded and threw them in the mail for free! That is what I call customer service!

There was no other rust anywhere else on the outside of the light or the internals, just that hanging post and ring. The post is fairly unique but I might try to match up the threads and get some stainless screws.
I dont have any other Kessil lights but their customer service won me over and might have to look harder at them.

As a follow-up I got the post and ring in the mail yesterday....2 DAYS! Plus they added a Kessil sticker. Pretty cool.

Since my old motocross days I do not believe in advertising for a company for free so you will not see a sticker on my tank or sump...but Kessil might get an honorary spot! :)
