Wow! I've been in there a few times. It's right around the corner from me.

He primarily has freshwater fish and a few birds. His saltwater section consists of about (10) 20gal long tanks, most of which are usually empty.

Someone could really spruce that place up. It's right off of Fry Rd, down the street from Bridgeland, Townlake, and Black Horse Ranch.

Good to see you active again Rick!
Yeah I stopped in a few times as well and had the same experience. Mostly freshwater like you say.

You could never make it off retail sales alone. Have to get a good tank servicing operation going.

With a second wave of Covid lockdown? Nothing. The lockdowns have driven people out of business. I’d imagine people will be adverse to buy financial commitments like pets for some time.

Also the internet is going to limit sales of an aquariums to the immediate neighborhoods. I’m not familiar with that area, but how many households there would want a new tank per year/month? Staight brick and mortar retail of any sort is a tough business.
