Thanks to everyone that helped organize today's lighting workshop its was a good sized turn out! Its always good to see everyone, answer questions, and just hang out in general. If I didn't get a chance to get back to anyone while going over LED questions, I apologize, I didn't think I'd get that many questions.

Also, thanks to MARSH for getting that PAR meter it was a great tool to be able to compare the light output of all the different types of light over the monster tank at ADG. Trung, I hope you got pictures! ;)

hope everyone enjoys the rest of the week end and you all have a great mothers day!

Thank you Gabe. While I couldnt be at the work shop today I wanted to say thank you to Gabe for putting the light together for me and deeply thank whoever the generous benefactor was. I greatly appreciate it. I was able to see the light over my tank for just a second this afternoon. It looks wonderful.

We have to build brackets of some sort in the canopy to hold it up so pictures will have to wait. But I am so happy with this new light and couldnt be more grateful.

MARSH is truly a wonderful club with wonderful and generous people.

Oh ok, did you guys use the sun or electric setting? I ran 250mh vs 100w LED, the LED was even out in numbers.

Sounds like it was a great turnout. I wish that I could have made it. Perhaps next time.

It was electric. The 250w Radium on the ADG big tank at the bottom, was around 450, the 20k XM 400w at the bottom was around 550. Too bad we couldnt get the 400w Radium to fire on the magnetic ballast.

...Not to mention the MH were the same distance from the water as the LEDs. Aren't MH supposed to be higher?
