I would imagine that they would be similar. The VHO actinic might be a little stronger so your light would more on the blue side, but I think the T5's are just as good bringing out colors as the VHO.

I put six NO T-5's on my 72gal and have been able to keep everything but SPS. I do have one monti that Sherri was kind enough to give me and it has done fine but I don't think they need that much light. I've been able to keep most everything else (open brain, frogspawn, a sebae anenome, zoas, gsp's, etc...).

i have anything from 8 - 10 no's on my 75g plus a 36" actinic for looks at night. my frogspawns are growing back where they had died out.
mostly i've had 8 2 are pink and i dont run them all the time.
