Help me...... I want my Apex to turn on a circuit or outlet twice a week for 45 minutes. Say Monday and Friday from 8:00pm - 8:45pm

apex doesn't seem to like it if you use DOW then on, and if time xxxxx then on.
If the code I posted doesn't work, I can try some different syntax.
