MACNA 2017!! New Orleans, Louisiana!
Hi all! We are thrilled to see the enthusiasm here for MACNA 2017 in New Orleans! My name is Greg and I am one of the directors of Bayou Reefkeeping. I founded the club in March of 2011 along with a few others and we have been full steam ahead ever since to bring MACNA to New Orleans. We host an annual show called Fragniappe and we have enjoyed it a great deal the past three years. Next year it will be the fourth annual Fragniappe in March AND MACNA at the end of August!
MACNA 2017 Full Conference Passes are still starting at $99 for a few more days!

We're getting the ball rolling on Fragniappe here too with some big sponsors. I'll get a thread for that going too. I'm thinking we can do a much better job of cross-promoting Fragniappe and Reef Currents. Maybe exchange banners ads for starters.

That is correct, won't last long though. Three days of passes. Friday might reception pass too. Plus a pass and meal to the Saturday night banquet!

This is somewhat accurate. We also have a number we are looking to hit at that rate and we are getting pretty close to that too.

I realize now you may mean single day passes. Not at this time, but later in the process yes. You'll still get more bang for your buck with a full conference pass though.

If I was single it would be another story but the banquet and other two days would go unused.
We use MACNA as an excuse for a vacation away from the kiddos and time is limited.
One day at the show and then another day or two to hang out.
I'll just wait then.

Hey Greg any idea what to expect for prices later? Just curious... my tickets are already purchased. We don't expect to take advantage of the full weekend either, but this does provide flexibility.
We have only been to NOLA once before and have not explored the area much. This will be a great excuse for doing that
