on my way home from class today i got a call from my brother....he said that my tank over flowed and water spilled everywhere....so i told him to shut every thing off....and in my head i was thinking of how my tank coulda overflowed....so i wwent home to take a look....i looked everywhere in my sump and over flow to see wat was going on...and to find out....my snail got stuck in my overflow tube!!... i was like wthek... btw the snail was a pretty big snail to get stuck in that... but oh man it took me a hek of a time to get that sucker outt... it sucks...but yea...no my tank it back up and running =D....but now my return pumps make alot of noise...so i think that it was running without water for the time being that there was no water in the sump and messed up... so does any body have any suggestions on wat is a good and quiett pump to use for a return in a 46 gallon tank??..i currently hve a mag 3 in it...

yeah, break the pump down if you can...see if there's anything inside or anything came loose. the pump probably has air in it though.
