Since John D is unable to attend this event this year we will be posting in the Volunteer Forum for openings with this event. We will need help with cooking and setting up of the event as well as organizing the tables for the swap meet portion of the event.
Look forward to seeing everyone there!

Well as Ray stated, I will not be able to run this event like I have in the past due to an unavoidable conflict with my schedule this year. I will hopefully still be able to show up before the event is over and see everyone.

I am getting the usual check list together but as Ray has noted it will all go into our volunteer system so we can get the ball rolling.

Please fell free to post suggestions or questions here for discussion.
