Were having a pumpkin, hope we can get some unique entries!

Below are the Rules let us know if you have any questions!

• Entry Deadline Oct 29 noon CST .Late entries will not be considered. To enter send a picture to shanev@marshreef.com
  
• All pumpkins must be real, no artificial pumpkins.
  
• Only 1 entry per person
  
• Keep all submission clean and fun.
  
• Judging will be done by the members and will be on Oct 30th only
  
• Must have a sign with MARSH in with the pumpkin to prove its yours
  
• It doesnt have to be reef related, but it is encouraged.
  
• Prize is TBD

Maybe we could have a pumpkin carving event. Display and judge. Plus, tailgate party.
Too bad Galveston is a mess. We could do it @ the beach @ dusk so we could see the effect of the carving on the real pumpkins.
In a parking lot, BYO food & drink, visit, eat and drink-see the pumpkins then go home.
Maybe too late for this year.
Just a thought.

well, for this year, we should probably just do it via the net since the end of the month is so close. i'm assuming the event was overlooked until i brought it up in the event forum. so, next year we could plan it a little better.

Right, we could plan to do it on the weekend before October 31st but I think the 31st falls on a Friday this year. No school the next day.
But, kinda short to plan.
Either way sounds like good fun to me.
Kiddos, could dress up and trick or treat around the tailgate.
Any excuse to have chocolate
